    • A: Paradizia Swimwear is committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience. We respect your privacy, and any information received is kept confidential. We will keep your e-mail in our files to contact you regard your order, updates and occasionally send you free promotional e-mails. If you want to remove your information from our database, email us at CustomerCare@ParadiziaSwimwear.com and we will process your request immediately. We use Paypal for Payment Method, is a service that provides an extra level of security for your payments.
     
    • Q: How can I pay for my order?
    • A: We accept all credit cards taken by PayPal. And you may also pay using your PayPal account if you have.
     
    • Q: What is PayPal?
    • A: PayPal is a free service which allows you to pay with your credit card. You don´t need to have an account with Paypal. 
     
    • Q: Why my Credit Card was not accepted?
    • A: Your card may be rejected for several reasons including:
    1. The credit card may be expired, check the expiration date.
    2. You may have reached the limit quota of the Card, please check with your Bank.
    3. Some data may be entered incorrectly.
     
    • Q:Can I order from anywhere in the world?
    • A: Yes, we ship worldwide. You can request our products from anywhere.
     
    • Q:Why the product that I was looking, is not at the shop now?
    • A:If an item is no longer available on the website it most likely means we don´t have it in stock, however, we suggest you to contact us at:

    • Q: Will I receive an Order Confirmation?
    • A:An Order Confirmation is emailed to you as soon as Paypal confirm us that your payment has been approved, with that email you can access to view the status of your order. Please note that if any changes are made in the shipping information, the service will be updated, and you will be notified to the email provided at the registration.     • Q:Can I remove a Product(s) of my Orders?
    • A:Yes, in the Shopping Cart you can remove unwanted items as long you have not paid your order.
     
    • Q:Is possible that I order an item that is not in Stock?
    • A:Our Website is updated on a regular basis, however, there may be times when an item is not available. If this happen, you will be notified via Email.

    • A:Delivery times depends on the destination, usually for the U.S, Central America and South America delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days and for the rest of the World is between 5 to 10 business days.

    • A:For purchases above $180 USD the shipping is totally free. For purchases below $180 USD shipping will be charged, the rate is according to the destination.
     
    • Q: What if I have not receive my order?

    • Q:How I can return or exchange an item?
    • A:Please review our Returns/ Exchange Policy for details or contact us before ordering to avoid any further inconvenience. Please note that if you purchase an item that is on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
